What is General Manufacturing and Maintenance?

We are responsible for general manufacturing industry including mass production, natural resources extraction and automotive aftermarket. We focus on so called drop-by-drop businesses.
This position is sales and marketing assistant and report through to Sales Area Manager that is located outside the country with dotted line to Head of Cluster Marketing, also located outside the country. This role collaborates closely with Territory Sales Managers as well as Customer Service Agent and Target Account Managers. All three roles are located within Kazakhstan Dealing with Supply chain coordination, daily business and operation and creating projects for enlarge our current business development. 

YOUR ROLE

Organizational aspects:

  • Planning, coordination and execution of meetings of the ACM department.
  • Coordinate and support the organization of events for external clients.
  • Coordinate the circulation of documents (invoices, contracts, annexes).
  • Coordinate the work of the office.
  • Management of the ACM KZ sharepoint space.
  • Provision of relevant sales statistics, cooperation with controlling.
  • Liaising with the technical department and external agencies.
  • Communicating with customers and the team.
  • Requesting information on product recalls.
  • Coordinating the label development process (creating new labels, consulting with printer, checking if labels are actual).

Product aspects:

  • Ordering test samples for TSE* and for TAM* /customers.
  • Creating and coordinating shipments of product announcements/changing IDH*.
  • Coordinate shipment of product samples.
  • Manage product price changes for GM/MRO* and VRM* business in terms of standard and special price lists (pricing manager).
  • Requesting in ReMap* for MDS* actualization, certificates for customers, customers query.

Internal System aspects:

  • Key user CRM* called “ACE” system (management of requests, generation of reports).
  • Key user CMP*.
  • Coordination of sales distribution per TSE (Divisional Distributors).
  • Accounting for the VRM fleet partner program*.
  • Closing and creating new reserves for business partners in ACE by tickets.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Early bachelor’s degree graduate or last year of the study at university. Preferable in engineering but not necessary.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Good English in writing and spoken.
  • Advanced user of MS Office applications.
  • High energy level, result-oriented, self-motivating, and excellent team player.
  • Flexibility for occasional traveling.
