YOUR ROLE

• The CX Activation Manager is responsible to host customer visits on sitewith different stakeholders (C-Level, Head of Materials, Partners from Academia and Lobby etc.) across different industriesshowcasing digital and physical proofpoints of our portfolio.

• Leads regional CX activation strategy and steers brand portfolio and message house for CX on site visitsand inspires the customers to partner with usor further strengthen their long-standing partnership with us around new solutions.

• Creates different customer journeys according to persona needs.

• Responsible for developing global content enhancements for local customer experiences

• Leads local CX centers communication with the aim to position Henkel as Thought Leader

• Develops concrete action plans to mitigate content deviations or gaps

• Supports central marketing team in developing product/concept communication materials to position Henkel Adhesive Technologies across all customer touchpoints

• Develops systematic approaches and programs to identify and map Customer Journeys for B2C and B2B

• Generation of long-term and innovative ideas, as well as their development and implementation withtechnical functions

The salary for this role is $80,000.00 - $95,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
