YOUR ROLE
- Develop and execute brand strategy / communication and define investment / media strategy in cooperation with Senior Brand Manager and Head of Marketing
- Provide local strategic direction in key focus areas to drive profitable growth
- Launch / Relaunch management (Innovations management)
- Achieve sales & marketing plans and implement business models incl. portfolio mgmt., harmonization and consolidation
- Developing and constantly improving knowledge of trademarks, following competition, developing responding activities, communicating and presenting ideas
- Trade marketing, including strong support for sales activities
- Marketing budget planning and monitoring
- Shared responsibility for defined categories between local (Serbia) and regional (CEE) marketing organisation
YOUR SKILLS
- University degree - Preferably university degree in business related fields
- Preferably min. 3 years of working experience, ideally marketing in FMCG or any other industry
- Precision in work
- Analytical and strategic thinking, with the exceptional planning, organizational and numerical skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Competent in multitasking and handling complex issues
- Self-motivated individual, with the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Ability to perform well within a team
- Flexible person with ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Very high degree of competence using Microsoft Office package
