- The Logistic manager role is responsible for driving excellent execution in Logistic function, continuously developing best in class Logistic operations, leading Logistic strategy development, and collaborating with other functions in GCN Supply Chain team to deliver agile logistic solution to support company's growth and development.

- Manages day-to-day activities of a team responsible for warehouse management and transportation management. 30%
- Support Logistic team to deliver outstanding performance. 30%
1) Lead team to achieve KP, including L11, Saving projects and CCMS management. Identify gap and risks during daily operations, cascade down improvement plans.
2) Conduct analysis for logistic costs, deep dive in opportunities to achieve saving, set up reasonable Logistic strategy to drive consistent and accurate execution.
3) Monitor end to end Logistic progress, utilize alter index for example, warehouse inventory level, transportation on time ratio, logistic vendor performance level, etc. to trigger risk avoidance process in logistic team. 30% - Take initiatives in operation excellence and process optimizations to create higher value for supply chain and drive best practice sharing and coach colleagues wherever necessary. 10%
1) Lead Logistic end to end process optimization, standardization and efficiency improvements.
2) Lead projects for continuous improvements, and drive changes in Logistic organization, and be able to deliver concrete result. - Own digitalization projects to improve productivity, data transparency and experience of stakeholders and team members. 10%

1) Agile, quick learner, open minded and has certain level of strategic thinking.
2) Positive and can-do attitude, proven cases in supply planning performance improvements, driving projects, and process Kaizen.
3) Problem solving and data analysis: Strong data analysis, use data and facts to identify problem, then be able to find out root cause and resolve problem.
4) Communication and influencing, be able to work with cross functions and drive changes in virtual teams (no direct reporting line teams).
