YOUR ROLE

• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation including manuals and guidelines for production installation and usage within Henkel Consumer Brands
  
• Proactively identify and address areas for technical improvements as well as risks and countermeasures
  
• Measure, track and report on project performance and milestones
  
• Develop and implement process engineering guidelines tools and standardization
  
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvements in production processes
  
• Define Key Performance Indicators and align within the technical community

YOUR SKILLS

• Master's degree with focus on engineering, supply chain, process technology, production or similar 
• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience 
• Good understanding and knowledge of FMCG industrial production processes
• Very high level of self management and flexibility
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders at all levels in multi-functional teams
• Strong analytical, problem solving skills and good team spirit
• Fluent English language skills 
• Willingness to travel globally
