YOUR ROLE

  • Bridge the Gap Between Business and Data: As a Data Requirements Engineer, you'll be the bridge between the purchasing community and our data analysts. You'll actively collect data analysis requests, understand their needs, and translate them into clear and concise technical requirements.
  • Become a Data Champion: You'll be responsible for a specific KAM (Key Account Management) unit's global dashboard, ensuring it delivers valuable insights and empowers informed decision-making.
  • Own the Requirements Process: From initial stakeholder discussions to ongoing maintenance, you'll meticulously manage the entire requirements lifecycle. You'll document changes, maintain a clear stakeholder list, and ensure all parties are aligned.
  • Think Creatively, Solve Problems: When challenges arise, you'll be the go-to person for developing innovative solutions. Your analytical skills and problem-solving abilities will be crucial in tackling complex data issues.
  • Collaborate for Success: You'll work closely with stakeholders, data analysts, and other team members to foster a collaborative environment and drive successful project outcomes.

YOUR SKILLS

  • A Master's degree in Information Technology, Digitalization, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of data analysis principles.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Experience with performance management metrics and translating business needs into technical requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a passion for data optimization and automation.
  • Proficiency in coding languages Python, SQL or R
  • Power BI advanced skill level
