YOUR ROLE

• Lead DMS (daily management system) of lean and continuous Improvement Tools and techniques throughout the factory (Centerline, CILT, Defect handling, 5s, AM, PM).
  
• Drive innovation and improve the process (KAIZEN) to increase people engagement in process improvement and support Culture Transformation.
  
• Lead the execution of Continuous Improvement projects, problem-solving activities, and process mapping.
  
• Assist in production operations to drive improvement in manufacturing efficiencies by utilizing continuous improvement techniques and support Henkel's operational excellence zero-loss journey.
  
• Drive the standardization of processes and implementation of metrics and best practices.
  
• Production process development with full documentation support.

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering).
  
• 2-3 years of experience in continuous improvement or any relevant exposure. 
  
• Technical manufacturing background with experience in leading processes and teams.
  
• Knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement (Yellow belt is preferred).
  
• Effective people leader and facilitator with excellent communication skills.
