- Produces and delivers on time and correctly periodic sales / orders / stocks reports
- Monitor customers on online stores and provide support for promotions
- Provide support to sales reps, providing them with interim and final reports
- Ensures communication and organization corresponding with the sales force in the field
- Collects and prepares sets of documents for closing disputes arising from deliveries
