YOUR ROLE

Steer regional portfolio management in line with Automotive OEMs SBU and technology strategy to improve margins and ensure business continuity.
Supervise regional product (life cycle) management incl. business continuation / crisis management.
Steer CoGs activities and drive CoGs excellence.
Steer regional portfolio complexity management to create a more focused, profitable & sustainable portfolio.
Steer regional portfolio segmentation and implement and ensure process compliance across PTMs.
Ensure high quality portfolio assessments for Management of Change (MOC) and Adhesive Development Process (ADP) process.
Support PTM process governance and communicate & manage with cross-functional / cross-SBU stakeholders.

YOUR SKILLS

University degree in engineering or business administration.
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in B2B, preferably with a focus on strategic business process (e.g. product/technology management or operations).
Entrepreneurial mindset and confidence to carry out tasks independently and with good diligence.
Project & Crisis management.
Portfolio & Change management.
Strong Leadership & Communication.
Analytical thinking, Complex problem-solving and Result-oriented.
