YOUR ROLE
- Motivate and coach program management team to deliver KPIs.
- Lead program management team to ensure OEM program delivery by developing & monitoring of program timelines, open issues matrixes and program cost.
- Keep track of program top line & bottom line and manage overall acoustic and structural program profitability.
- Define long term (5 years) outlook for customer roadmap / workbook together with sales team and define corresponding execution plan and resources needed.
- Define and drive growth projects (ACE) jointly with marketing and sales team.
- Establish & maintain sustainable long-term customer relationships (design centers, product and process engineering centers).
- Coordinate and provide market & competitive intelligence on engineering projects.
- Coordinate and collaborate with global engineering team on key initiatives.
