YOUR ROLE

  • Manage e2e Purchasing supply resilience activities coordinating with supply chain to optimize the overall supply chain of direct material suppliers, tier-n suppliers as well as logistics providers to secure future supply and related NES.
        - Optimize (together with SC) the e2e value chain demand-to-supply to improve supplier performance level with proactive supplier engagements, supplier quality level & Raws / Packs inventory & consignment stock.
        - Ensure supply continuity & manage all critical shortages & FM’s avoiding out of stocks & impact on NES.
        - Supports the sourcing categories in bringing contractual agreements to a higher level of maturity and standardization with regards to risk mitigation, operational performance and supply chain optimization (MOQ, Incoterm, Lead Time).
        - Ensure consistent global documentation & reporting on supply disruptions & defined supply resilience KPIs in the region.
        - Enhance usage of tool & BI dashboard on supplier performance, supply disruption and proactive risk mitigation & Tier-1 data.
        - Lead local supplier performance evaluations and drive supplier improvement projects to enhance innovation, quality, reduce cost and improve service/efficiency.
        - Idenfity and elevate areas of risk management and develop actionable mitigation plans with regional alignment.
        - Ensure supply continuity and manages all critical shortages and force majeures avoiding out of stocks and impact on NES.   
  • Contribute to regional sourcing strategy with connection with cross-functional stakeholders at country and plant level.
        - Implement sourcing strategy in local new product development projects and manage purchasing actives with project stakeholders.
        - Build and maintain a multi-functional network of local stakeholders and support for execution of the regional and even global strategy at all levels. 
        - Develop subject matter expert of local market intelligence to collaborate with regional team to drive for the supplier full potential.
        - Povide leadership in local purchasing process with regional alignment and actively look for improvement opportunities.                                                                                          
        - Drive the sustainability topic in responsible plants to ensure sustainable supplier base to meet corporate sustainability target. 
  • Experience with cross-country purchasing activities and data analytic skills.

  • Key Dimensions (NES, Sales Area, Marketing Budget, Production Volume, Processing Cost, headcounts)

  • Supplier Complaint Performance (SCMS).
  • Tier-1 Producer Visibility.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain / business administration / chemical.
  • 3-5 years working experiences in Chemical and FMCG relevant.
  • Fluent English level.
  • Data analytical skills would be a plus.
