  • The Sr. Production Planner will be primarily responsible for supply planning, production planning, scheduling, and tank material planning for Mixing department of Cleveland, OH plant.
  • Responsible for minimizing working capital by maintaining economically sound inventory level with accurate operating system data including certain adhesive product critical master fields and planning parameters.
  • Responsible for accurate and timely execution of demand management planning, scheduling, raw material procurement and effectively planning the utilization of capacity and labor resources.
  • Responsible for detailed planning schedule to meet customer requirements, following the scheduling process map, and monitoring the production execution adherent to schedule.
  • Responsible for identifying supply and capacity constraint/shortage and leading stakeholders for potential resolutions.
  • Responsible for sustaining low backlog and continuously improving service level.
  • Responsible for supporting new product development in cross-functional projects.


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred within in Operations Management, Supply Chain or related field OR relevant work experience will be considered.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of Materials Planning and Scheduling experience in a manufacturing plant environment.
  • APICS (CPIM or CSCP) certification desirable.
  • SAP or similar ERP system preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools like Excel, Power BI etc.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions while working with changing priorities and competing demands.
  • Outstanding planning and organizational skills.

The salary for this role is $70,000.00 - $80,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
