YOUR ROLE

• Identifying potential risks that could impact the organization's objectives, operations, or financial performance. This involves analyzing internal processes, external factors, and emerging trends;
• Assesses risks potential impact and likelihood of occurrence. This often involves using quantitative and qualitative methods to prioritize risks based on their severity and the organization's risk tolerance;
• Develop strategies and action plans to mitigate or minimize the impact of those risks. This could involve implementing controls, developing contingency plans, or transferring risks through insurance or other means;
• Develop risk management policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with corporate standards across the organization. This includes establishing risk management frameworks, guidelines, and protocols for identifying, assessing, and responding to risks;
• Provides training and education to employees on risk awareness, mitigation strategies, and compliance with risk management policies and procedures. This helps to build a risk-aware culture within the organization;
• Continuously monitor the effectiveness of risk management strategies and controls, and regularly report on the status of risks to senior management and stakeholders. This includes tracking key risk indicators, evaluating control effectiveness, and providing recommendations for improvement.

YOUR SKILLS

• Completed Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or similar fields;
• MBA preferred;
• At least 5 years of experience (can be combined) in external audit (Big 4) or internal audit or internal control/risk management roles;
• Advanced English is a must, Spanish is a plus;
• Ability to build and evaluate complex excel spreadsheets and usage on data analytics tools (e.g. PowerBI, Alteryx, and Tableau).
