About this position
What you´ll do
- Defines and executes global / regional / local account strategy, including annual revenue plan (KP) and target plan (TP); Identifies business opportunities, steers business development for agreed accounts and
defined objectives - Translates customer’s strategy and priorities into an executable plan for growth; Drives and rolls-out customer approvals and pushes upstream solution selling
- Develops and maintains sustainable and long-term relationships with key accounts, key executives and sponsors; Defines account-specific pricing, negotiates contracts, ensures fulfillment of commitments and implementation of commercial policy
- Optimizes sales processes in country and provides clear direction; Develops and maintains strong executive and cross-functional relationships across matrix organization
- Manages internal resources to execute account strategy; Delivers account targets KP/TP OSG and PC
- Provides clear business plans for assigned accounts and ability to achieve them; Responsible for timely and accurate admin. tasks supporting account strategy including sales forecast updates, monthly reports, etc.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant experience is Sales and Account Management
- At least 3-5 years of proven sales and customer relations track record
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive and collaborative working style
- Well-developed ability to implement solutions to resolve account problems
