What makes you a good fit

• An associate degree in Programming or Automation Controls.
• Allen Bradley certificates are highly desirable.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in Siemens, Allen Bradley, or Ladder Logic Programming.
• Skills in FactoryTalk is highly desired.
• Must understand basic troubleshooting using programing code.
• Must have 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, high-speed preferred.
• Must have excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Lean principles such as 5S, TPM, and Root-Cause Analysis is highly desired.
• Must have proficient to advanced-level computer skills (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Must have basic to intermediate-level math skills.
• Must be an independent worker that is able to work nights by themselves, as well as a team player.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment.
• Must be an effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to adapt your communication style to different audiences, including active listening, clear presentation skills, and the capacity to provide and receive feedback at all levels of the organization.
• Must be able to pivot and adapt to changing priorities in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Must have good time-management and organizational skills.
• Must have a strong attention to detail.
• Must have good problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, up to 12 hours.

There is a $1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS for this role. The hourly range for this role is $43.00 - $48.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
