About this Position

As a Senior Marketing Order and Budget Support Specialist, your primary purpose is to streamline the procurement and payment processes that empower our brand managers to execute their marketing strategies effectively. Your expertise in tracking and updating marketing budget utilization will provide brand managers with real-time insights into their available resources, enabling them to make informed decisions. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing efficiency and driving improvements within our processes. What you´ll do

  • Act as business partner across the entire value chain by acting as payment coordinator across all brands by controlling the whole procurement and payment process and managing vendors to ensure smooth and efficient process
  • Finalize orders for marketing materials and services requested by brand managers
  • Provide timely and accurate tracking of the utilization of marketing budgets to ensure that the brand managers have an up-to-date view on their available budgets at any time
  • Initiates and supports projects and process improvement within own scope (including initiation, controlling, planning, execution and closing)

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Financial Management/ Business /Marketing /Sales /Computer Science /IT, or related courses
  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in Purchasing CRM tools (e.g. Ariba and similar applications); Preferably coming from a Finance or Financial Management related role with Budgeting responsibilities
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Excel for data management and updating; Automation experience is an advantage
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and international stakeholder management skills
  • Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (3:00 PM to 12:00 MN) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
