About this Position

This Regional NPI (New Product Introduction) Manager is responsible for driving innovation across the regional supply chain to enhance efficiency, optimize cost, and improve overall supply chain resilience. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying, developing, and implementing innovative solutions to transform supply chain and support the company’s strategic goals in new product introduction. 

What you´ll do

  • Lead the end-to-end process of new product launches within the Laundry and Homecare category
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance agility, optimize the network, and ensure resilience in line with the innovation plan
  • Evaluate the impact of new product introductions on the supply chain and make necessary adjustments; Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and production, to ensure successful product launches
  • Manage multiple sourcing initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business objectives; Monitor and report on the progress of new product introductions and supply chain initiatives
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with new product launches
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required; Minimum of ten (10) years of proven experience in managing new product introductions and supply chain strategies is required
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, manufacturing, and logistics is required; Experience in the FMCG category is preferred
  • Knowledge of international supply chain regulations and standards is required; Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) and/or Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP) is preferred
  • Native in Korean and fluent in English are required
  • Excellent command of MS Office is required; Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, project management software) is required
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
