What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or technical sales, preferably in adhesives, waterproofing, or construction chemicals.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, CRM tools, and key account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to drive sales.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as required.
