About this Position

  • The Regional NPI (New Product Introduction) Manager is responsible for driving innovation across the regional supply chain to enhance efficiency, optimize cost, and improve overall supply chain resilience.
  • The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying, developing, and implementing innovative solutions to transform supply chain and support the company’s strategic goals in new product introduction. 

What you´ll do

  • Lead the end-to-end process of new product launches within the Laundry and Homecare category.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance agility, optimize the network, and ensure resilience along with innovation plan
  • Evaluate the impact of new product introductions on the supply chain and make necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and production, to ensure successful product launches.
  • Manage multiple sourcing initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of new product introductions and supply chain initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with new product launches.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Production, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in managing new product introductions and supply chain strategies in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, manufacturing, logistics.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, project management software). Experience in the FMCG category
  • Knowledge of international supply chain regulations and standards.
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP).
