What you´ll do
- Consult customers on solutions generating value for their cases and perform technical visits (meetings, audits, demonstrations, troubleshooting, etc.).
- Participant in laboratory work for customer complaint/ new test method design/ competitor’s product analysis/sample making, report technical results to customers.
- Work and communicate effectively with different functional team with good project management skill.
- Leverage customer feedback to drive optimization in customer service and identify new business opportunities together with sales colleagues.
- Support new ADP project, collect CTQ and support to screen new formula, customer evaluation support, failure analysis etc.
- Regularly generate technical service reports. Summarize client technical issue resolutions, product application outcomes, and market trends.
- Responsible for products application / technical training for Sales, function colleagues and customers.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree or higher degree in Polymer Materials, Chemical Engineering ,Applied Chemistry, industrial Packaging or related fields.
- Have over 2 years of on technical service, application Engineering experience in adhesive or Paper packaging preferred.
- Good communication with different internal teams as well as customers.
- Ability to work independently.
- Maintain organized records/reports.
- Good written English and workable spoken English.
- Willing frequently travel in China domestic.
