About this position
What you´ll do
- Steer the start up of any project in order to be first time right
- Frame and align the project objectives with the project sponsor, stakeholders and team
- Develop a well-defined scope of work and execution plan that meets business goals
- Develop a realistic project schedule - define, sequence and estimate duration of activities
- Manage project stakeholders. Ensure effective communication. Liaise with project and technology experts for professional support and advise
- Organize commissioning and start-up
- Close the project after all related activities are done. Arrange project evaluation incl. lessons learned
- Work in accordance to Henkel project management standards, guidelines, processes, methodologies and systems
What makes you a good fit
- Engineering background, Mechanical/ Process or Electrical/ Automatization Engineering preferred
- 1+years of experience in project engineering of chemical production equipment and installation
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Good attitude and proactivity to optimize processes and projects in a factory environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Lean Manufacturing knowhow as Microsoft Project (MSP) preferred
