What you´ll do

  • We offer you a real hands-on Sales graduate role within an international company, operating in various market areas.
  • You will get an overview of company’s and sales department’s business activities and processes.
  • You will be part of our Channel Sales team where you will assist the Head of Channel Management North, Head of ACM Sales and Key Account Managers.
  • Your task will include e.g., maintain, optimise, and analyse different reports and system data, create material for our distributors and support Henkel Channel Sales team with diverse ad hoc tasks.
  • The role also includes own project that varies depending on customers, market and internal needs.
  • The brand portfolio contains the worldwide known brands Loctite and Teroson.
  • You will work in the Channel Management department for Adhesive products at our Nordic headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden.

What makes you a good fit

  • You should graduate (before September 2025 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor’s, Master’s (or equivalent) degree in Business, Economics or a related field.
  • As a person you are business oriented, analytical, communicative, co-operative and a good team player.
  • You are fluent in English and one Nordic language (either Danish, Finnish, Norwegian or Swedish).
  • Strong IT skills; excellent knowledge of MS Office tools especially Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power BI or SAP would be an advantage.
  • You have a positive attitude and is eager to learn and develop your professional skills.
  • You are available for 12 months from September 2025.
