About this Position

 We offer you a combined Marketing and Portfolio Management graduate role for 12 months in an international company, operating in various market areas. You will be part of our Adhesive Technology department which is the world’s number one producer of adhesives, sealants, and functional coatings. With trusted brands and high-impact solutions based on an unmatched technology portfolio, we are creating value for all our stakeholders.

What you´ll do

You will be part of our Nordic Marketing team where you will assist the Marketing Manager in their daily business:

  • Supporting in localization of global marketing initiatives
  • Supporting the campaign by coordinating material, preparations, and review
  • Coordinating translations and creative asset creations
  • Supporting the sales team in marketing-related questions
  • Linearly follow up on Leads from the marketing initiative

Assist UK / Nordic Portfolio Manager in their daily business:

  • Analyze and process product and market data and convert it into useful information and convincing arguments.
  • Ensure master data quality (SAP) for UK and Nordic
  • Contribute to product activation and communication in line with a marketing plan
  • Manage product-related requests from internal and external stakeholders Steer and enhance portfolio strategy.
  •  Report portfolio performance and attribution to stakeholders.

What makes you a good fit

  • You should graduate (before September 2025 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor’s, Master’s (or equivalent) degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar.
  • You are fluent in English and one Nordic language (Norwegian, Finnish and/or Danish language is a plus).
  • You are proactive, structured, and keen on details. You are also flexible, motivated, and take ownership of your tasks.
  • You are a strong team player and can work effectively as a part of a multi-functional team both on-site and online.
  • You have advanced Excel skills and high interest in turning data to insights
  • You are available to start in September 2025.
