This role offers 8-hour shifts with the potential for overtime, as needed. The individual selected for this role will be assigned to 3rd shift (Monday through Friday from 11PM - 7AM CST).

Education & Professional Requirements
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
- Must have at least 1 year of prior manufacturing experience in the mixing industry.
- Must understand chemical processes and production principles.
- Must be meticulous in monitoring processes and maintaining accurate records.
- Must have a strong commitment to safety, with demonstrated investment in safety improvement activities.
- Must be able to follow all safety rules and PPE guidelines.
- Must be able to work with and around hazardous materials, chemicals, and equipment.
- Must have basic to intermediate computer and math skills.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
- Must have the ability to adapt and pivot quickly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Must be well organized with a high attention for detail.
- Must have good problem-solving skills.
- Must have solid interpersonal skills.
- Must have the ability to learn quickly.
- Must be an effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to adapt your communication style to different audiences, including active listening, clear presentation skills, and the capacity to provide and receive feedback.
- Mut be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must have the ability to work on the requested shift.
- Training rotations may occur on a different shift than the application states and can take 2-3 months to complete.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand continuously and walk frequently during the shift.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds without assistance, 100 pounds with assistance, and push/pull up to 600 pounds with mechanical assistance.
- Must have dexterity in the hands for tool manipulation.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and color vision. Corrective lenses are adequate for the job requirements.

The hourly pay rate for this role is $23.40 - $33.29, depending on experience. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
