What you'll do
- Responsible for payroll processing including conducting various calculation, quality check, banking, and reporting
- Processes taxation, social security, and benefits administration Ensures HR practices and policies are in compliance with corporate standards, statutory regulations and laws
- Coordinates and executes the HR activities and administrative tasks to ensure effective day-to-day HR operations and case management
- Maintains data, including salaries, payroll taxes and fringe allowances

- Handles inquiries from employees, HR, and other business team
- Drives process continuous improvement, participates in projects and initiatives related to payroll and HR operations
- Supports internal and external audits
What makes you a good fit
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Payroll
- Advanced English
- General knowledge in pension plan management, stock plan, loans, savings fund, severance payments, settlements, Federal Labor Law, tax calculation, general calculation of incidents.
- SAP
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Experience in process optimization
