What you´ll do
Consumer Insights & Research
- Lead ongoing category research and share expertise with marketing team to enhance learning and engagement.
- Develop, test and validate innovation concepts and package design to identify white space opportunities and drive long-term innovation pipeline with objective of growth and expansion.
- Analyze market trends, brand performance and evaluate gaps and product needs to aid in the development and introduction of new products with a 3-year innovation plan.
Product Innovation & Strategy
- Help lead new product launches and provide leadership, support and problem solving to ensure excellent and timely execution for our customers.
- Prepare presentations for internal and external meetings on new product concepts and rationale.
- Identify opportunities for category expansion and incremental growth through innovation.
Portfolio Management
- Manage brand portfolio, pricing and SKU rationale to optimize profitability, sales, and ensure they meet Supply Chain thresholds.
- Responsible for maintenance of existing SKUs (ie. regulatory changes or product reformulations), including project approval and following new product development process to execute changes needed to maintain products in market.
- Monitor monthly marketing budgets, POS and analyze new product launches to help inform cross functional teams and make decisions to move brand forward.
Brand Guidelines
- Establish new brand standards in partnership with external agency to evolve the brand voice, tone, visual identity, and storytelling.
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Build strong relationships with our internal cross functional teams (R&D, NPI, Packaging, Legal, Regulatory, Sales, Supply Chain, Education, International partners) and external partners to ensure successful product launches.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing Activation teams to share brand and market insights and new product artwork.
What makes you a good fit
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, brand management or new product development.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably a business/marketing focus.
- Passion for beauty with experience in hair care & hair color is ideal.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions, work independently, and take initiative when appropriate.
- Able to influence and provide feedback to shape business decisions.
- Creative thinking and flexibility – ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present to partners and senior leaders.

The salary for this role is $95,000.00 - $120,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
