About this Position

As a network supply planning specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain operations. Leveraging your expertise in analytics, supply dynamics, and planning systems, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to proactively anticipate and address customer demands.  This role is crucial for shaping and executing a unified supply strategy, aimed at delivering the highest level of customer service while minimizing operational costs. 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented supply chain professional with a strong analytical and financial acumen and excellent communication skills who can work independently to identify issues and propose solutions while also fostering effective collaboration with other functional groups.  In this role, you will take ownership or provide essential support for global cross-team coordination and project management activities.


What you´ll do

  • • Managing planning parameters: Ensure the accuracy of planning parameters and alignment with global business objectives, thus streamlining the supply network, improving operational efficiency, reducing cost, mitigating risks to ultimately increase customer satisfaction.
  • • Financial Acumen: Understands cost drivers, inventory valuation, and financial trade-offs in supply planning decisions. Able to analyze the financial impact of supply strategies, including cost-to-serve, working capital implications, and profitability optimization.
  • • Data Maintenance: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold master data governance standards, preserving the integrity and accuracy of critical master data.
  • • Metrics Analysis and Reporting: Analyze key metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement; develop and execute action plans, reporting findings/metrics to the leadership team and relevant stakeholders.
  • • Project Management: Lead project independently, scoping and creating project plans, process development, execution coordination, and effective communication with senior management regarding project status, risks, and process/project changes.
  • • End-to-End Supply Chain Expertise: Poss a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, leading and owning cross-functional tasks, also fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing among network specialists to enhance performance and operational excellence across NAMX.

What makes you a good fit

  • • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics, MBA or master’s degree and APICS Certification preferred.
  • • 5+ years of supply chain management in ERP system, prior use of SAP with APO preferred.
  • • Strong Excel and data management skills are needed, familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
  • • Ability to use data-driven insights to optimize decisions and challenge the status quo.
  • • Bias for action with the ability to navigate fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage cross-functional teams effectively.
