Join SexyHair as our Senior Brand Manager and leave your mark on an iconic brand that radiates boldness and unapologetic style. Dare to make an impact? This is how. What You’ll Do As a Senior Brand Manager at SexyHair, you will be at the helm of our brand strategy.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the development of brand strategies that drive growth.
- Define and communicate a clear vision for the brand’s positioning, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Utilize market research and consumer insights to shape strategies that resonate with our audience and set us apart in a crowded field.
- Own and manage the Brand portion of the marketing budget, ensuring strategic allocation and contributing to overall budget planning.
- Influence total marketing spend by providing insights and recommendations, with full ownership of brand activations.
- Plan and oversee attention-grabbing marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative and Integrated Marketing teams to conceptualize content and assets that inspire action.
- Inspire and lead a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of creativity, inclusivity, and high performance.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Analyze market trends to make data-driven decisions that fuel results.
- Own brand performance metrics, translating them into actionable plans for growth and innovation.

- 5-7 years in brand management or marketing leadership, ideally within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
- A bachelor’s degree in business/marketing. MBA preferred but not required.
- A proven track record of crafting campaigns that dazzle, excite, and inspire action.
- Proven experience with Circana and/or IRi/Neilsen is required.
- Comfortable working with data to evaluate success and refine approaches for continuous improvement.
- A keen ability to balance big-picture vision with executional excellence, delivering strategies that drive measurable results.
- An in-depth understanding and love for the beauty industry, along with a pulse on emerging trends and consumer behavior.
- A confident and empowering leader who thrives on collaboration and knows how to inspire teams to achieve greatness.
- Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to captivate an audience, both in-person and across platforms.

The salary for this role is $115,000.00 - $135,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
