About this position


What you´ll do

  • Projects Phase-in

    • Keeps central overview of HCB EU project pipeline & instruct/guide SC Planners
    • Steers E2E Steering projects implementation tasks including x-functional tracking (milestones closed on time)
    • Distributes relevant projects information x-SCP teams securing always up to date stakeholders
    • Escalates in case phase-in is in danger due to pending milestones on other departments or insufficient data quality
    • Takes care of process training and continuous improvement in his area of expertise

    Projects Phase-out

    • Identifies obsoletes materials by project and track forward looking cost impact
    • Creates country cost split allocation
    • Monitors and escalates missing decision on PIPO milestones (Obsoletes Decision, target dates, planning)
    • Secure the cross charge and invoicing process

    Project Coordinator

    • Specific project coordinator responsibilities
    • Measure project performance using appropriate systems
    • Report and escalate to management as needed
    • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
    • Strong attention to deadlines and guidelines
    • Excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks
    • Lead Global Supply Reviews leading to the creation and implementation of a supply strategy
    • Review mid- and long-term supply and demand (1-5yrs) to supply growth to meet market demands and identify optimization opportunities.
    • Studies the supply network to idnefity constraints & under-utilizations, proposes expansion needs, product localization & transfers
    • Suport global FG shortages
    • Support creation and development of supporting tools.

What makes you a good fit

    • Degree in Business/Administration, Technical, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems
    • 2+ years of project management experience
    • Bilingual (English / Spanish) 
    • Knowledge of Power Bi  
    • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
    • Confidence working independently and as part of a team
