About this Position
The RTM manager is responsible for defining and implementing the RTM strategy to ensure optimal market coverage, efficient distribution and cost-effective logistics.
What you´ll do
- Define and optimize the route to market strategy
- Develop and maintain a database of customers to support sales strategy
- Conduct a census of the current market identifying all potential customers
- Adjust sales territories to maximize coverage and efficiency
- Define performance KPIs for sales teams and distributors
- Train and support commercial teams on RTM methodologies
- Optimize the distribution network with trucks
- Track Sales, numeric distribution and profitability KPIs

- Educational Background in sales or equivalent
- Knowledge of FMCG TN Market
- Knowledge in Traditional, Modern Trade
- Experience in GTM and RTM
- Strategic way of thinking and mindset, excellent negotiator, strong presentation skills, analytical skills
