What you´ll do

  • Accountable for all performance metrics at the 3PL Warehouse: Service Level, Cost, Inventory & stock accuracy, Claim
  • Ensure capacity at the 3PL Warehouse meets requirements, proactively managing needs at Inbound, Storage, Outbound level
  • Work in close collaboration with the Henkel Transport team to ensure timely collection and delivery of shipments
  • Act as interface/escalation point to the 3PL Warehouse for any internal and external stakeholders, especially in relation to customer requirements, corporate and external audits
  • Check to ensure Quality and SHE-Q standards are met and maintained by conducting regular visit on site, addressing gaps and related follow up.
  • Act as WMS/SAP Key user to ensures Master data are correctly maintained for each location as well as records of daily activities
  • Actively drive Continuous improvement projects at the site on Cost; Quality, Service and Safety
  • Manage monthly POP (performance oriented payment), responsible to ensure correct invoicing controls
  • Monitor closely Non conform stocks at the site with special focus on return, rework and scrap, reporting within Henkel any gaps / delays in decision making and pushing for final resolution

What makes you a good fit

  • Master's Degree in Scientific Fields (Supply Chain and Logistics preferred)
  • Minimum 8 years of work experiences within Supply Chain and Operation roles in complex FMCG companies, of which 5 years as Warehouse Manager with strong expertise in warehouse operations and inventory control (HAZMAT experience is a plus)
  • Fluency in English
  • Extensive experience in SAP R/3 and good knowledge on WMS
  • Great communication skills, with indirect leadership over 3PL team, able to handle request from different stakeholders
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving attitude, with solid project management skills
