What you´ll do
- Join our international team that creates and manages learning opportunities for Henkel employees worldwide
- Support the design and continuous improvement of learning experiences, with a focus on digitalization, soft skills, and core capabilities
- Prepare and analyze data and reports on learning and development trends
- Assist in the administration and back-end management of our learning platforms
- Create engaging communication materials for the global HR community, employees, and managers
- Collaborate with global colleagues, including our shared service centers and the Global Learning & Leadership community
What makes you a good fit
- Student (d/f/m) who has successfully completed first semesters of business administration, psychology or human resources - related studies
- Keen interest in working with digital tools and systems, and ideally first experience in working with cloud technologies
- Excellent English language skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Enjoy working with data, ability to understand, interpret and communicate data and reports
- Strong interest in learning, people development, and digital learning technologies
- Reliable and good self-organized person who has a hands-on mentality and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Availability as of June for 6 months

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1.050-2.095 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
