<span>What you´ll do

  • Regional overall responsible for all aspects of QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, Sustainability in Operations)
  • First point of contact on these topics for internal and external stakeholders (Commercial Teams, Supply Chain, Procurement, Suppliers - End2End focus)
  • Lead and champion Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE), Quality (Q) and Sustainability culture in the region by identifying, managing and mitigating Q-HSE related risks and opportunities, both internal and external
  • Develop and train the organization on the QHSE knowledge base (standards, procedures, improvement programs) to support excellence, deploy and measure effectiveness, owning the Regional IMS program and following up on action closure
  • Develop and deploy Safety culture model and HSE Standards and drives continuous improvement through audit, assessment, reporting and consulting
  • Ensure accurate, comprehensive, timely reporting of incidents, actions and follow up including trend analysis, root cause determination
  • Manage and track risk management / mitigation, identify mission critical HSE investment, push for approvals and support during implementation; ensure HSE standards at CMTG / 3PM / 3PL sites
  • Member of the Global QHSE Leadership Team and the Regional SC Leadership Team

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s or Master‘s Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Production Management, Biochemistry, Safety Engineering, or other relevant areas
  • Minimum 10 years of experience, including 5+ years in QHSE Management and 3+ years in Production / Engineering / CI (including operational experience)
  • Strong knowledge, experience and passion for the topics of Health, Safety, Environment, Sustainability and Quality/Hygiene
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Resilience, curiosity and “doer” mentality paired with people leadership and change management skills
  • Fluent in English (written and oral)
