About this Position

  • Acting as the core driver of business process optimization, lead end-to-end process design, implement digital tools, and foster a culture of continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and support the company’s strategic goals for digital transformation. 

What you´ll do

  • Lead the diagnosis and redesign of the company’s core business processes, including the architecture design, standardization, and continuous optimization of end-to-end workflows.
  • Responsible for process segmentation and decoupling to ensure the implementation of best practices that align with the company’s operational requirements.
  • Identify change resistance and develop organizational adaptation plans to ensure effective rollout of processes at both headquarters and regional levels.
  • Drive process automation across functions such as Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain, collaborating with IT teams to embed process rules into systems for seamless data flow.
  • Establish process KPIs and monitor execution, leveraging data insights to inform decision-making and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop process management methodologies and templates to build the company’s process asset repository.
  • Provide process training to business teams, cultivating a culture of “Process Owner & Data Owner.”

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree or above (MBA, Industrial Engineering, Management Science and Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or Computer Science preferred).
  • Over 5 years of experience in process optimization, operational excellence, or consulting, with proven success in end-to-end process improvements in complex business environments.
  • Proficient in Lean or Six Sigma, BPMN 2.0, and change management methodologies (ADKAR).
  • Skilled in identifying process bottlenecks through data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to drive consensus among senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in process management or related fields is a plus.
