Are you passionate about technology and digital innovation? Do you want to shape the future of HR processes across regions? Join our dynamic team as an HR Digital Transformation Manager, where you'll drive impactful change and support the digital evolution of our HR services and to:
- Lead the implementation of innovative digital solutions within HR and T&E across 4 GBS location
- Identify and support development of digital talent across these locations to drive our transformation efforts
- Collaborate closely with local HR teams to understand needs and ensure smooth deployment of tools
- Steer digital projects and ensure successful delivery in line with HR objectives

- Digitally savvy and enthusiastic about new technologies and tools
- A self-driven professional with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Eager to learn and grow, constantly exploring better ways of working
- Experienced or familiar with Project Management principles
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform is a plus (training provided if needed)
- Fluent in English (C1 level), both written and spoken

Minimum salary: 2000 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.)
