About this Position

The role is responsible to drive the development, implementation, and communication of rewards programs which are effective and relevant to business needs in order to attract, retain, and engage talents whilst optimizing cost. As Henkel is implementing a HR Cloud Solution globally (HR Cloud Marketplace tool), as well as other digital projects such as Harmoney, the role is also responsible for overseeing the coordination of the implementation of the different digital tools for successful deployment in the region. 

What you´ll do

Digital Projects Management

  • Plan, coordinate & implement assigned Digital projects roll out in APAC
  • Serve as the focal point & representation between countries, Project Leads & implementation consultants
  • Ensure system/ technical needs & project support in APAC are met before, during & after implementation
  • Monitor & ensure progress & successful deployment of APAC against planned schedules
  • Offer / brainstorm solutions in case of escalations/ or when needs are not met
  • Ensure change management / training is offered to HR teams

Total rewards management

  • Develop and implement total rewards approaches, plans and programs that align with Henkel's goals and objectives.
  • Ensure programs & offerings are current with regard to market trends, practices, and costs; recommend changes to policies based on trend analysis.
  • Manage external vendors’ selection, performance and cost targets.
  • Drive partnership with finance, legal, and tax departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with relevant laws.
  • Drive standardization of policies and processes where needed.
  •  Drive effective implementation and administration of programs across the region.

Governance

  • Ensure compliance with all internal CSCA & audit requirements, statutory requirements; analyze impact of legislative changes to current plans and drive solution.
  • Responsible for audit of plans and processes in accordance with government regulations and company policies
  • Review, provide guidance and support to HR teams/ business leaders on rewards policies, procedures, and best practices.

Partnership & Consultancy

  • Lead & provide guidance and support during M&A, org changes to ensure seamless integration of total rewards programs.
  • Maintain effective engagement & partnership with country, regional, global stakeholders.

What makes you a good fit

  • University degree in Business Administration or other related fields
  • Minimum 5 years in a regional Total Rewards role in a global MNC or a significant sized company
  • Highly articulate, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Must have HRIS / Payroll Projects Implementation experience or Co-Lead experience
  • Strong strategic & customer focus, Actions & Results oriented mindset, with an eye for details
  • Strong communication skills – ability to assimilate & communicate various of technical information into concise & simple terms for non-experts
  • Ability to think out of the box and offer ideas & solutions
  • Highly collaborative, interpersonal savvy & open to new ideas
  • Strive for win-win solutions without compromising HR integrity
