About this Position
We're currently looking for a Quality Control Technician to join our Quality Department on a temporary, full-time basis to cover maternity leave. This role plays a vital part in supporting quality operations in a high-performance ISO9001 and IATF16949-certified environment. The position will involve working in the Quality department in accordance with the terms of the Unite comprehensive agreement.
What you´ll do
•Carry out QC testing on raw materials, adhesive formulations, and packaging.
•Provide daily technical support to production teams.
•Investigate quality issues and support corrective actions.
•Support supplier and customer complaints investigations.
•Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient lab environment.
•Contribute to safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
•Work across both the Tallaght and Ballyfermot sites.
What makes you a good fit
•Minimum Level 5 NFQ Certificate in Laboratory Techniques (or equivalent).
•Previous lab or industrial experience preferred.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•A qualification in chemistry, engineering, quality systems or packaging is an advantage but not essential.
