- Implementação e manutenção do sistema de gestão integrado das normas IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 e TISAX
- Avaliação e implementação de requisitos específicos de clientes
- Condução de auditorias internas e acompanhamento de auditorias externas, bem como coordenação das ações corretivas
- Gerenciamento de reclamação de clientes e reclamações a fornecedores
- Utilização de ferramenta da qualidade para melhoria contínua do sistema de gestão
- Monitoramento, gestão de KPIs da qualidade e scorecards de cliente
- Preparar e conduzir treinamentos relacionados à qualidade
- Pessoa de contato de assuntos relacionados a qualidade
- Perfil analítico e influenciador, auto motivado, que trabalhe bem em equipe, assertivo e resiliente.
O que faz de você um bom candidato(a)
- Graduação em engenharia química, industrial ou área relacionadas
- Experiência de pelo menos 6 anos na área de qualidade assegurada e sistema integrado de gestão
- Experiência no ramo automotivo, com certificação ISO, VDA , IATF que elabore FMEA, PPAP, plano de controle, IMDS
- Experiência em condução de auditorias internas e de clientes
- Habilidade e experiência em métodos de solução de problemas (análise de causa raiz, 8D, 5 porquês, PDCA e ações corretivas e preventivas)
- Treinamentos em auditoria interna, normas ISO e IATF, core tools (APQP, PPAP, Plano de controle, MSA, SPC e FMEA) e demais ferramentas da qualidade
- Conhecimento em requisitos específicos de montadoras
- Certificação VDA 6.3 será um diferencial
- Inglês avançado
- Habilidades práticas no uso de softwares (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Desejável conhecimento em SAP e sistema ERP.
