About this Position

As a key member of our Source to Pay team, What you'll do is essential in ensuring smooth and efficient supplier management processes. You will be responsible for executing day-to-day activities such as supplier creation and updates, managing supplier output transmission, and overseeing finance and portal settings—all within established service level agreements and performance indicators. Working collaboratively within a dynamic team environment, you will engage in governance calls, provide valuable operational support, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Your insights will be crucial in enhancing our processes and driving efficiency across the organization. What you´ll do

  • Execute day to day activities related to Supplier creation/ Update, Supplier output transmission / finance / portal settings, IMS Spot Buy PR creation, Delisting/Blocking/Unblocking within the agreed Service Level Agreement and Key
  • Performance Indicators defined
  • Provide operational/ad hoc tasks support and team project collaboration as needed
  • Manage business partners through governance calls and tools/process pulse checks
  • Perform Continuous Improvement tasks that will improve overall process

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Preferably with at least one (1) year related work experience in Purchasing/Supply Chain / Master Data from a shared service or GBS environment; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Power BI is required; Background in using SAP, ARIBA, Macro is highly preferred
  • Proficient English communication skills and with critical thinking abilities
  • Amenable to report on a mid-shift schedule (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM) and hybrid set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati City
