What you´ll do

  • Manage projects with customers to improve our NPI rate
  • Help to ensure the successful sustainable technical solutions to our customers with strong value propositions
  • Collaboration with the different groups: PD, sales, marketing, BD, AO in order to create strong value to the customers and Henkel to reach more than 85% of the technical customer demos
  • Implement continuous technical process improvement with customers and nonwoven and Tissue & towel segments
  • Responsible to lead or attend any customer complaint giving the solution to keep business running
  • Leverage customers feedback (VOC) to align global/regional SBU projects in creating joint value for the customers
  • KPI results and drive innovation and continuous improvement via data driven decisions and actions
    to develop back ups, train teams, upskilling and design pad career to the AE team
  • Managing the application Engineering team to ensure excellence in integral technical solutions
  • Responsible to foster the SHE of the team, achieving the targets of SUSA conversations
  • Contribute globally and regionally to the best practices, academy/training, process, tools, etc.
  • Responsible for customer technical training via appropriate formats, academies, webinars, etc.
  • Introduce and use new digital tools where additional value is delivered to our customers

What makes you a good fit

  • Analytical, mechanical, organizational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Engineering background with minimum 5 years experience 
  • Selling/Negotiation and Business/Industry Acumen skills
  • Teamwork building
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and PowerBI

The salary for this role is $110,000-130,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
