What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Business
- Minimum working experience of 3 years, ideally with exposure to market analysis/opportunity-sizing, and cross-functional collaboration. Experience within the pressure sensitive adhesives industry preferred.
- This is a remote position; expected travel in this role will be 25%
- Experience in or interest in learning about the evolving packaging industry
- Highly independent self-starter with an aptitude for goal setting and strategic planning
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead with confidence
- High degree of flexibility and learning agility
- Proficient oral and written communication and presentation skills

The salary for this role is $85,000-$115,000. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
