About this Position
Join us as a Project Engineer and take the lead in driving engineering and technical projects from concept to completion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and domain experts to deliver high-impact solutions, manage resources effectively, and ensure smooth project execution. What you´ll do
- Develop and implement strategies and project plans for engineering and technical initiatives, overseeing all aspects including progress monitoring, issue resolution, budgeting, schedule coordination, and status reporting.
- Create detailed project schedules by analyzing project plans and specifications, determining time requirements, and sequencing project components accordingly.
- Monitor project progress and budgets, coordinate timelines, generate status reports, and recommend appropriate corrective actions when necessary.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, including managing the performance and deliverables of contractors.
- Collaborate with regional domain leads to obtain domain-specific expertise and support for build projects.
- Resolve moderately complex issues independently with minimal supervision, escalating more complex matters to the appropriate stakeholders as needed.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical-Electronics Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably within an FMCG environment.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively as an individual and in multidisciplinary team environment
- Leading technical teams, contractors or other third parties
- Experience in SAP system is preferred
- Preferred to have PMP certification and proficiency in SolidWorks.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Located in or willing to relocate to Ankara.
