About this position
What you´ll do
- Develops and implements state-of-the-art people management practices, HR solutions and strategies for LATAM Functions (Finance, HR, Facilities, Procurement, among other areas)
- Drives change management projects and manages the HR related communication regionally
- Identifies and prepares development plans for the key employees and high potential employees
- Steers salary review process for relevant Management levels regionally
- Conducts and steers recruitment and succession planning as well as recommending training for Management level regionally
- Manages organizational design and supports recruitment activities for talents regionally
- Coordinates performance and talent management process and acts as moderator regionally
- Manages promotion process for Management levels
- Drives understanding of regional HR and business priorities
- Steers retention management regionally
- Leads the design, development, activation and evaluation of processes to support HR strategies
- Facilitate and support organizational change initiatives across the region
- Address complex employee relations issues and provide guidance to local HRBPs
