About this Position

  • As business partner contribute to overall success of Dragon AO organization by effectively managing all financial tasks. This position is required to delivery complete and accurate financial results on timely basis, drive planning, forecast, budget achievement by close collaboration with business team, on top of that this role is expected to proactively oversee the financial operations and to provide frequent in-depth financial insights and advice to site AO management team. This position should assure strict adherence to financial and internal control regulations.  

What you´ll do

  • Conduct cluster financial planning, reporting and analysis, including annual plan, rolling forecast and actual result, ad-hoc requests.
  • Monitor and analyze AO financial performance metrics, identifying improved opportunities, drives efficient transformation initiatives.
  • Proactively collaborating with business stakeholders, evaluating business case, ensure a systematic control, assessing financial impact.
  • Long term and short team CAPEX project financial feasibility study, as well as execution monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance / governance is correctly applied of internal and external guideline regarding Fin statement.
  • Drive continuous improvement in cost control relevant concept / process / tools.
  • Spread finance knowledge and consciousness across the plant.
  • Team lead, work as role model to drive agility, resilience, and digitalization.

What makes you a good fit

  • Big picture also with details supported equipped with logic thinking, proactive and self-driven player, outspoken in communication, strong resilience under high pressure.
  • Major in Finance or Accounting.
  • ACCA, CIMA, CMA is nice to have.
  • 10 years working experience with minimum 5 year in manufacturing and supply chain controlling.
  • SAP experience is must, Power BI / Query is nice to have.
  • Proficient both oral and written English.
