About this Position
As a Source-to-Pay Specialist focused on Purchasing Master Data, you play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our purchasing processes. By managing tasks such as info record creation, updates for purchase orders, and scheduling agreements, you directly contribute to our goal of maintaining streamlined operations that meet defined Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators. You will be part of a collaborative team environment where regular interaction with senior specialists and process experts is key to resolving simple escalations and implementing short-term solutions. What you´ll do
- Execute day to day activities related to Purchasing Master Data such as info record creation, update and purchase order, and scheduling agreement updates within the agreed Service Level Agreement and Key Performance Indicators defined
- Provide operational/ad-hoc tasks support to the team
- Coordinate Purchasing Master Data topics to key stakeholders within Purchasing (Procurement, Mid-Office), and outside Purchasing (Controlling, Supply Chain, etc.)
- Collaborate with senior specialist, process expert, and team manager in case of simple escalations to provide short-term solutions
- Perform Continuous Improvement tasks that will improve overall process
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's Degree in any field; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Preferably with at least one (1) year of relevant work experience in Purchasing or Supply Chain from a multinational or shared service environment
- Knowledge in MS Office Suites (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PowerBI) is required; Background in using SAP, ARIBA, Macro, MS Power Applications is highly preferred
- Proficient English communication and project management skills
- Must be a critical thinker and have experience in online digital research
- Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
