What you´ll do

We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Total Rewards professional to join our Cluster Central East HR Leadership team as a Cluster Total Rewards Center of expertise (CoE) Manager. This key role is responsible for leading, shaping, and coordinating the Total Rewards strategy across our Central East Cluster in alignment with global frameworks and local business needs.

As Cluster Total Rewards CoE Manager, reporting to the Cluster HR Head Central East, you will act as the key expert for shaping and coordinating reward strategies within the cluster (Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Belarus). You will collaborate closely with the local HR team in Slovakia to execute Total Rewards processes, while steering and aligning strategic topics across the other cluster countries.

Key Responsibilities:

Total Reward Strategy & Design

  • Develop and implement total rewards strategies aligned with company goals and market standards
  • Act as a subject matter expert and sparring partner for HR teams within the cluster to ensure consistency and alignment
  • Compensation & Benefits Management
  • Lead and execute compensation and benefits processes in Slovakia
  • Provide strategic guidance and oversight for compensation and benefits activities across other countries in the Central East Cluster

Governance & Cross-country Collaboration

  • Ensure legal and policy compliance of rewards programs in Slovakia, and monitor alignment in cluster countries
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business leaders and act as interface to regional/global Total Rewards teams

Data Insights & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze internal and market data to optimize Total Rewards programs and support data-based decisions
  • Steer continuous improvement, innovation, and simplification of Total Rewards tools and processes within the cluster

What makes you a good fit

  • Strong analytical and data literacy skills, with the ability to translate insights into impactful decisions
  • Self-driven and structured working style with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple topics across countries
  • Solid project and process management capabilities; experience with HRIS and digital tools is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Business-oriented mindset with a high sense of responsibility, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Fluent in English; other languages spoken in the cluster (e.g. Slovak, Czech, Hungarian) are a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI or similar tools is an asset
  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Prior experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Business Partnering in an international matrix environment is an advantage

Minimum salary: 2800 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.)
