About this Position

As an IT Business Consultant in our Commercials team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT Project Portfolio Management process. Your primary purpose will be to facilitate seamless collaboration between IT and business units, ensuring that our applications, particularly within the Cloud Data capacity and Sandhill framework, meet the evolving needs of our organization. You’ll be part of a dynamic and supportive team that values innovation and collaboration. Reporting directly to the Commercials Leadership, you will work closely with various stakeholders, including Financial Controllers and Tower Heads, to provide insightful reporting solutions and data-driven recommendations. What you´ll do

  • Steer the governance in IT Project Portfolio Management process through business partnering, application management, and reporting solutions
  • Co-manage the Cloud Data capacity of Commercials applications; Manage and implement major enhancements resulting from special projects, i.e., SLAM Evolution Process
  • Build and maintain functionalities within the Sandhill application for the Project Portfolio Management Process and dx IT Service Delegation Process in adherence with Henkel’s Power Platform Governance; Assess and assist in creating interface options for Sandhill Data in adherence with Henkel’s Power Platform Governance
  • Provide reporting solutions, design/build reports using Power BI, understand/interpret data and data models for dx Commercials Team; Develop automation flows and identify potential automation solutions using Power Platform
  • Maintains key Compliance documentations such as Access Control Concept, IT conformance controls, and technical documentations
  • Perform data quality checks on Sandhill demand pipeline; Perform ad hoc analysis for dx Tower Heads, Financial Controllers, and other Sandhill stakeholders as required
  • Act as Reporting Solutions consultant for all Commercials-related reports and dashboard projects; Design, build, and optimize data models for Chronos & Sandhill/SLAM BI, manage queries (e.g., data connections and flows, reporting landscape, user queries) to address requests concerning project data

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Applications or other relevant courses
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant work experience in IT Project and Process Management, Management Reporting, Governance and Consultancy
  • People Management background is an advantage
  • Knowledge in Power Apps and Power Automate, Power BI (dashboard development, reports creation and enhancement, automation), JavaScript Programming required
  • With Continuous Improvement mindset, experience in building automation flows, and identifying potential automation solutions
  • Must have strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills; With the ability to proactively resolve issues, work effectively with cross-functional teams, and contribute to training/ upskilling 
  • With excellent command of both spoken and written English
  • Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
