About this Position
- Perform the quality test, provide the testing result accurately and timely, make sure the unqualified raw material and products not put into use or delivery .Assist to establish the quality system. Product including PVC product (underbody coating ) and MPT products, those product main apply to automobile.
What you´ll do
- Test for raw material unfinished products and finished goods, including PVC product and MPT product.
- Lab management: compile the lab SOP; the lab equipment regular check and maintenance.
- Responsible for the quality data statistics and analysis.
- Assist to adjust the products according to the production requirement
- Improve quality system documents and 5S.
What makes you a good fit
- Familiar with quality testing.
- Familiar with the quality system(IATF16949, control plan, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, Customer Specific System Request, etc.).
- Familiar with PVC products and process.
