Wat je gaat doen
- Ontwikkelen en geven van boeiende seminars, technische ondersteuning en salontrainingen om vaardigheden en productkennis van klanten te verbeteren.
- Ondersteunen van het salesteam bij klantacquisitie via merk- en productpresentaties en onboarding-trainingen.
- Testen en eigen maken van nieuwe producten om hun voordelen effectief te communiceren.
- Beheren van een technische ondersteuningshotline voor snelle en efficiënte oplossingen.
- Trainen van lokale verkoopvertegenwoordigers over productspecificaties.
- Opbouwen van relaties met potentiële klanten om toekomstige verkopen te stimuleren.
- Verzamelen van klantinzichten, feedback en informatie over concurrenten.
- Samenwerken met het Educatie team om digitale trainingscontent te creëren.
Wat Maakt Jou Geschikt
- Opleiding: Professionele kappersopleiding met aanvullende kwalificaties (meer dan 1 jaar).
- Achtergrond: Solide kappers- of technische achtergrond met expertise in kleur, verzorging, styling, knippen en afwerking.
- Ervaring: Minimaal 2 jaar professionele kapperservaring, inclusief trainerervaring.
- Vaardigheden:
- Uitstekende presentatie- en communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Basisbegrip van bedrijfsprincipes.
- Vaardigheid in diverse digitale platforms en tools.
- Vermogen om digitale trainingscontent te creëren en te leveren.
- Motivatie om klanten en ambassadeurs te inspireren tot digitale contentproductie.
- Sterke interpersoonlijke vaardigheden voor relaties met stakeholders. - Taal: Vloeiend in Nederlands en Frans; kennis van Engels is een pluspunt.
