The Site Manager will ensure SHE and legal compliance according to Henkel requirement and local regulations. Deliver high quality products and services at safe and complaint conditions and competitive cost. Develop and implement a long-term site strategy and drive sustainable and digital transformation. Being leadership role model for site team and developing the team with passion. Represent the site internally and externally in all aspects.                                                          

What you´ll do

  • Ensure all operations activities have valid license and permits and follow the local legal requirement and follow Henkel Standard.             
  • Ensure all the operations are safe, efficient, deliver high quality product to fulfil the customer demand.
    Partnering with Business team and regional/local team to ensure the business success.
  • Deliver KPIs to safeguard the implementation of Global Operations & Supply Chain (AO) strategy.
  • Establish People development plan, training plan and succession plan for all department.
  • Ensure Henkel’s Safety, Health, and Environment Standard and local requirement are implemented and fulfilled.                                               
  • Act as company representative and key contact for local authorities and workers unions / councils in the area of responsibility.
  • Deliver short term and long-term strategy of operation including CAPEX, resources / Full-Time Equivalent (FTE).
  • Drive the continuous improvement, innovation and digitalization to enable effective cost control and competitiveness.
  • Responsible for the investment plan, capex application and fix assets accounting 
  • Lead people-focused initiatives, ensuring effective talent management, and promoting a culture of growth and engagement to support organizational objectives.                              

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering / engineering or chemistry is required.
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant industry experience in manufacturing, chemical, or engineering sectors.
  • Preferably someone with experience in production and plant management.
